On Saturday I got the opportunity to photograph two beautiful expecting Mamas. I love it that I have friends and clients that I can say to “hey… want to stand half naked in the snow to make art???” and they’re all for it! I think it was worth the cold. Both girls were fabulous in front of the camera and so much fun to photograph. Gina (the first lady shown) is a friend of mine and I’ve photographed her before so I knew she was a great model. But Brittany is a new client so the fact that she was AWESOME infront of the camera was a major plus! Thanks girls for braving the weather! I hope you’re as thrilled as I am!!
I showed up for Gina’s shoot and she had a bag of bright, gem toned Sarees to use for the shoot! It was like Christmas for me!

Babies in leaves. Does it get any better??
This picture just makes my heart go pitter patter! Isn’t he precious??? I so love a chunky baby! Everytime I look at this image I think of Randy from The Christmas Story “I can’t put my arms down!!” So funny!

We headed downtown for the portrait session. The weather was PERFECT!

Of course the AWESOME flowers were done by
Oh another thing about having time… we can take random and hilarious pictures of your wedding party! This wedding party had a lot of fun with it. All these images were shot by
All these boys were OU Baseball players. This was a special requested shot by the wives.
Yum! Loves!
Incase you haven’t heard me mention it before. I love it when we do family pictures where everyone’s huggy and pulled in tight. I think they just look soooo much better! Aren’t Hillary and her mama and sister just stunning??
This was probably one of my favorite parts of the day. These kids were the cutest flower girl and ring bearer ever. I just don’t think there’s any competing with them. I did not pose these pictures at all. All I did was ask them to stand next to eachother. They did the rest. It was precious! They just love eachother and were being darling. I’ve looked at these images about a trillion times and they make me smile every single time!

Um… Loving it!!
One of Chris’ ideas was to go up into the Philtowers and go out onto the fire escape. This required all 3 of us to climb through a window. I believe we were on the 8th floor. Kinda made me feel like an urban National Geographic photographer. I love a challenge.

This is the best time of year for pictures! You can get great images that look like it’s a spring day, and yet the colors are changing and you can get the fall look as well!
