Haley & Josh’s Wedding
Thursday, April 30, 2009 Posted in Weddings
So remember about a month ago when you were tucked in your warm house while the sky dropped buckets of snow? Well I was shooting Haley & Josh’s wedding that day. But the snow didn’t get in the way of this wedding one bit! It made things a bit more challenging to get around and I actually wore jeans and tennis shoes up until we got to the church. (note: I only wear tennis shoes to work out in. So with those, the jeans, and my nice blouse, I looked positively ridiculous!) We started the day at Cypress Salon where the girls were getting ready. Then we headed to First Baptist downtown for the wedding. The wedding day was perfectly coordinated by
Erica, of
Erica Weddings. Haley and Barbara (Haley’s fabulous mama) will both tell you how great it was to have someone worry about the day’s details and let them enjoy it.

April may have actually taken this picture… I can’t remember.

A last minute prayer before Josh’s first look at Haley.

How bout this sauciness?! Loving it!!

These girls were COLD!!
Strappy dresses,
strappy shoes, and running around in the snow. They should get some sort of award!

This one’s my favorite!!

After the ceremony
Old Urban Trolley picked up the wedding party and we had to make one stop for a couple fun shots downtown.

I’m
tellin ya… they were
troopers!

How sweet is Josh? He honestly carried her all over so she wouldn’t have to freeze her feet off. Such a good guy!

cake+flare=a very happy photographer

They had a
cheesecake bar. Let me repeat that: THEY HAD A CHEESECAKE BAR!!!

Pistol Pete showed up as a surprise to the bride and groom. Good times…

)

Haley and Josh, you guys are the best! We had a blast photographing your wedding and thank you thank you for all the kind
referrals!!
