Time for another fabulous wedding that’s way overdue to be blogged! Its another one from last fall. There’s no way I couldn’t post this one though because everything about it was lovely! From the beautiful weather to the J. Crew bridesmaids dresses –  It was perfect! I’m going to do something a bit different and show a lot more of my photojournalism work on this blog (April’s of course will still be mixed in like always). Most of the photo journalistic images I show from weddings are shot by April, so I’m changing things up. In fact, my favorite formal portrait of the day was shot by April.
Hilliary and Brandon got married at her family’s estate in Independence, Kansas. This place was pretty much a photographer’s dream come true. Everywhere you turned was an amazing setting for a photo. The ceremony and cocktail hour were held at the home.  Then a bagpiper led everyone down a short walk to the barn where there was a tent for dinner. And then the party followed in the barn. So much fun! Take a look!

Oh a breezeway that I can photograph on? Yes please. I really love the variation in the bridesmaid dresses, by the way.

This was a large wedding party! This doesn’t include the ushers, kids and officiant!

Hilliary had a baby girl just 3 months before the wedding. Can you even believe that post baby body? Unreal!

Lynn and her team at Lasting Impressions outdid themselves! I love that the escort cards were pinned to a bale of hay!

I just wanted to post this because I think its too cool. Lynn has been the wedding planner for all 3 of these sisters, so I had to get a photo with her and her girls. Its like the final chapter in a trilogy.
